CAREOPS LTD is the controller for demo enquiries submitted through careops.co.uk. Our address is 1 Guerin Square, London, E3 2DP. Contact info@careops.co.uk about this notice. We collect the name, business email, company name, referral source and message you provide. We use these details to respond, arrange a demonstration and prepare a quote, relying on our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries. Please do not submit staff or resident personal information. This notice covers the marketing website; software customer data is covered separately.
How we handle enquiries
We retain demo enquiries for six months, then delete or anonymise them unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. If you become a customer, records needed to provide the service are managed separately.
Wix provides our website and forms. Hosting, email and spam-protection providers process information to operate the site, collect submissions and deliver messages.
